Architectural Control Committee 
Plans for all new home construction, as well as modifications, additions, solar additions, gates, address monuments, etc. on existing homes must be submitted to the Architectural Control Committee through HOAMCO for approval before construction may begin. Please refer to the documents and policies below left for more detailed information and fee schedule.

The San Pedro Creek Estates Architectural Control Committee (ACC) was established to accomplish the following goals:
      • Provide a forum in which prospective homeowners and/or existing lot owners can derive guidance concerning proposed development to ensure compliance with the SPCE Design Guidelines and Restrictions.         
      • Ensure compliance to any modification, alteration or new design/construction with the Design Guidelines.         
      • Provide a forum for the airing of legitimate disputes concerning the interpretation of the Design Guidelines         
      • Revise Design Guidelines as necessary, not to exceed once during a calendar year
